One Child.
$175 cares for one local child one day at Crittenton Centers.
Taxpayers pay far more if that child has to be put into the foster care system.
One Day.
Our community comes together to support those children.
Crittenton Center’s Crisis Nursery provides 24/7 care for emergency and respite care to infants and young children. It is the only facility that provides such services within the tri-county area of Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford counties. These services include:
- Up to 72 hours of emergency childcare for newborn babies and children through six years of age.
- Diapers, formula, clothing and other supplies for children.
- Counseling, education and aftercare support services for parents and families dealing with crisis related to parenting.
- Developmental screenings for children.
- Home visits.
Crittenton Center’s also houses a Child Development Center and Family Services. Visit their website for more information on these programs.
Let's keep our kids at home.
